- Ready the Property: We orchestrate the make ready process on your property.
- Market Market Market: A blitzkrieg of promotion, in various platforms, to blanket the market with awareness of your available property.
- Screen & Place: We procure and process applications for resident prospects and identify the most qualified to be accepted and facilitate the leasing process.
- Move In Protocol: Our property manager does a final review of the property condition to insure previously identified actions have been completed and your property is move in ready.
- Resident Relations: In addition to our generous resident benefits offerings, we educate & update your residents throughout their residency including perks and surprises on your behalf. We provide additional services to your residents to help them make their rental their home and therefore stay longer in the property. This produces more cash flow and a better return on investment.
- Renew or Turnover: Prior to the lease conclusion we are administering the renewal or re-marketing of your property
