Our Application Process

Preview the Property: We provide self-showing access 7 days a week on vacant properties and most listings have floor plans. Be familiar with your desired property before spending time on the application and investing fees but do so ASAP as properties rent quickly!
Review the Application Criteria: Make sure you understand all that is required to make a complete submission and gather/organize all the requested data and documentation before completing/submitting the application so there are no processing delays. An incomplete application will not be considered.
Submit COMPLETE Application: Include all required data, and documentation and be sure all adult occupants submit the applications.
Expect: 1-2 business days for processing once completed. We will notify you if any additional information is required during the process.
